The Payment services we offer
We offer a number of airline payment services to enable you to receive payments for ticket bookings via your website.
Using our PayWeb service, your customers will be redirected to a secure payments page hosted by PayGate where they can enter their credit card details pay for their ticket. This page can be customized to match the look and feel of your site.
Our PayXML service will enable you to develop your own secure payments page in line with your airline booking engine and process transactions to our gateway via a secure server-to-server post.
We offer batch processing of credit card authorisations, settlements and refunds in IATA files. These IATA files can be uploaded via an interface in our Back Office admin site and our systems will process the transactions in the files in real time.
Fraud Prevention and risk analysis
Our online payment services - PayWeb and PayXML - are both configured to support 3D Secure (MasterCard SecureCode and Verified-by-Visa), either via the merchant's bank's MPI or the merchant's own MPI.
PayProtector Online screens incoming transactions against negative databases and blocks transactions found to be high risk.
PayProtector Reporting generates a detailed report of the previous period's successful bookings including their risk scores. Should a payment be found to be high risk you can take the appropriate action.
Recon services available
The PayGate Back Office admin website offers reporting tools to enable airline accounts departments to successfully manage their accounts. This site includes ad hoc transaction reporting tools as well as refund processing facilities. We have an email notification system capable of sending notification emails for successful airline booking payments to email addresses you have specified. This system can also send daily reports with details of the previous day's settlement batch sent to your bank.
We offer technical support to our airline merchants from the time they begin their integration. Our Support team endeavors to provide detailed answers to your questions as quickly as possible in a professional and friendly manner. We also offer a Premium SLA for airline merchants requiring additional support out of office hours.
